You come in as an inspector, you leave as a business professional, with the skills and knowledge necessary to take control over that all to common question “How much should I charge?”. You will learn the correct way to calculate your fee schedule so that you can price for success. Stop basing your prices solely on what your competition charges and learn how to do it right! Bio:

Combining the knowledge of running his own inspection company and working for The Prudential Securities Corporation, Brian developed a program to educate inspectors on the correct method for calculating a fee schedule, taking the guess work out of “How much should I charge?” Some of the past education that helped him was Securities and Markets; Investment Risks and Policies, Investment Companies, Taxation and Customer Accounts and Variable Contracts & Retirements Plans.
